Very good food, cozy place in the forest. From the commuter parking lot at the Altenstadt / Waldnaab motorway exit, it can be reached on foot in 1 hour, but can also be reached directly by car.

Very nice destination, easy to reach both by bike and on foot. However, it is very important at what time this hut is visited. On public holidays and / or sunny weekends you may also be prepared for a failure. The boss then takes a lot of getting used to, chubby and rejecting. The house then runs as if by itself. You are not necessarily dependent on the guest. It seems to me. But otherwise okay as a destination, also with a child. There is a playground and an area to let off steam. Too bad for my multiple bad experiences. Even at a registered family celebration, the chemistry wasn't right. Or the occupied places did not produce the desired income. Or just migraines. Sorry, too bad for this beautiful place.

A small family business in the middle of nature. Herrlich🌳👌. The menu is small but "oho", everything fresh made, also the sauces and you can taste the meat was buttery soft, my Sauerbraten was served with 2 dumplings, even all cakes are fresh and homemade. There is a small bird sanctuary and a playground for the little ones. We were here on Whit Monday and it was busy and busy for the family and yet the service and the boss were extremely friendly, the latter even took a few minutes to chat with us in person, we will definitely see each other again 👍1a tip
